“Along with many adventures in the surrounding area, I also enjoyed a lovely afternoon lounging on the patio bench swing reading a book. The view out across Payette Lake, carved by glaciers 10,000 years ago, to Ponderosa State Park is an iconic snapshot in time. I could imagine the site as though I were one of the first settlers to arrive. That The Front Cabin is surrounded by majestic pines only added to my experience. If you are looking for serenity with access to a wealth of outdoor activities, I highly recommend The Front Cabin. This was an exceptional and memorable experience!”

“I loved my experience in the Front Cabin. A small group of friends spent a week together in the intimate setting along the lake and couldn’t have asked for a better space to enjoy our time. The large kitchen let us easily chat while preparing meals. The layout of the rooms let us spread out and not be on top of each other. The outdoor space let us enjoy the amazing scenery over dinner and then extend our time with the firepit. It gave us the respite we all really needed.”
